Terms of Service for Mobile Hairdressing Services

1. Appointment Booking and Confirmation
Appointments can be booked via phone, email, or our online system. All bookings must be confirmed by the client at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Failure to confirm may result in cancellation.

2. Payment
Payment is required in full at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, card, and electronic payments. Prices are as quoted at the time of booking and may be subject to change.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of up to 50% of the booked service price.

4. Travel and Location
Salon based at Three palms hotel, Our mobile services operate within a specified service area. Travel outside this area may incur additional charges, which will be communicated at the time of booking. The client must provide a safe, suitable space with adequate lighting and facilities for the service.

5. Health and Safety
Clients must inform the hairdresser of any scalp or skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to treatment. The hairdresser reserves the right to refuse service where it may compromise client safety or hair health.

6. Liability
While all reasonable care is taken to provide quality service, the hairdresser is not liable for allergic reactions, injuries, or damage caused by pre-existing conditions or failure to disclose relevant information. Clients are responsible for following post-treatment care instructions.

7. Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service to clients displaying aggressive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour.

8. Personal Belongings
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings during the appointment. The hairdresser accepts no liability for loss or damage.

9. Changes to Terms
These terms may be amended at any time and will be communicated via our standard contact methods. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
